I’m Justin Davis, an enthusiastic advocate for pushing boundaries and reaching new heights. Based in Cicero Indiana, I’ve dedicated myself to exploring the limitless possibilities in leadership and business management, striving to inspire others to dream bigger and achieve more.

From my early days, I’ve always embraced challenges with a positive mindset. One of my first recognitions was earning a Mental Attitude award in an all-star football league as a child. This early achievement instilled in me the importance of resilience, teamwork, and can-do attitude - traits that have guided my journey from McDonald’s crew to general manager and beyond.

My professional journey began at McDonald’s as a crew person at 18 years old, working the grill and providing excellent service. Through hard work and dedication, I rose through the ranks to become a general manager. My team was recognized three years in a row for operating in the top 5% of the nation for customer satisfaction, I have been recognized with both the Leadership Excellence Award and the Outstanding Profitability Award.

After 12 rewarding years with McDonald’s I transitioned to the construction industry as an estimator and project manager. Applying my management expertise, I successfully grew a small business from $1 million annual sales to $10 million in just four years, focusing on efficiency, problem solving, hiring and developing a talented culture as well as effectively organizing and managing projects.

Now I am excited to bring my expertise to “Beyond the Ceiling,” where our mission is to help businesses unlock their potential and achieve new heights.
